What are your opening hours?

We are open for lunch from 11:30 am to 2:30 pm (Last Order 2:00 pm) and for dinner from 5:00 pm to 9 pm (Last Order 8:30 pm).
Please tell me your regular closing days.

We are open all year round. *Please note that some stores may be closed temporarily.
Is there a parking lot available?

Yes, there are approximately 40 parking spaces on the premises. *Please note that these spaces are shared with a day-use hot spring.
What is a meal coupon?

Meal coupons are in preparation and are scheduled to be released in mid-July.
Can I reserve a specific seat?

We do not accept reservations for specific seats. However please contact us in advance if you wish to use the facility as a group.
Can I bring small children with me?

Yes, you can bring small children with you. We provide children's tableware, and some restaurants also offer kids' menus.

Is take-out available?

Take-out availability depends on the store and the menu. Please inquire directly at each store on the day for more details.
What types of payment methods can I use?

We accept cash, various credit cards, various QR codes, transportation IC cards, and other electronic money payments.

How can I use a shuttle bus?

We operate a shuttle bus between the following group hotels and the GREEN TERRACE NIKKO.
・Nikko Station Hotel Classic (in front of JR Nikko Station)
・Nikko Station Hotel II
Priority is given to guests staying at our hotels. Please contact the hotel front desk if you wish to use the service.
What are the operating hours of the shuttle bus?

Departing from each hotel at 5:00 pm, 6:00 pm, and 7:00 pm
Departing from the GREEN TERRACE NIKKO at 6:30 pm, 7:30 pm, and 8:30 pm

Is it okay to bring baby food?

Yes, is it okay to bring baby food. We also have tableware for children available, so please ask a staff member for assistance.
Is it wheelchair accessible?

Yes, please ask a staff member if you need assistance.
Are pets allowed?

Pets are only allowed on the terrace seats. They are not permitted inside the main restaurant area.
