Guest Guidelines

1. Securing Your Seat

Please ensure you have a seat before ordering.

2. Ordering & Checkout

You have two ordering options. Please choose the one you prefer.

• Order at the Counter
• Please line up at the restaurant of your choice and place your order directly at the counter.
  After completing your order and payment, you will receive a call bell. Please wait at your table for your meal.
• Accepted Payment Methods: cash, cashless payments and meal coupons

• Order by Mobile Order※Scheduled to start in July
• ・Mobile Order is a service that allows you to place your order(cashless only) from your seat using your smartphone.
  ・You can easily place your order using Mobile Order by scanning the QR code installed on each table.
  ・You will receive an email as soon as your order is ready, at the email address you provided.
  ※Please note that orders must be placed separately at each store, not collectively.
• Accepted Payment Methods: Cashless payments only※Please note that meal coupons cannot be used.

3. Pick Up at the Counter

When you receive a call bell or email notifying you that your order is ready, please proceed to the counter to collect your order. If you placed your order using Mobile Order, please show the email screen when picking up your order.

4. Return Items to Each Store

After finishing your meal, please return your trays and tableware to the store where you ordered.
